What we collect, in plain language
Short version: the calculators run in your browser and send nothing anywhere. The only data that leaves your device is what you type into the quote form.
The calculators
Every calculation happens in your own browser. The numbers you type — your salary, your debts, your purchase price — are never transmitted to this server, never logged, and never stored. Close the tab and they are gone.
The quote form
If you choose to submit it, we store your name, email, mobile number, bond amount, stage and any notes you add, so that a bond originator can contact you about finance. That is the only purpose it is used for.
- It is shared with one FSP-registered bond originator, not sold to a list.
- We may be paid a referral fee if a bond is registered as a result.
- You can ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@randmath.co.za, and it is deleted when it is no longer being worked.
- It is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, with access restricted to the site operator and the originator handling your enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If display advertising is enabled, Google may set cookies to serve and measure ads; you can control that through your Google ad settings. Server logs record the usual request metadata — IP address, path, user agent — retained by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address above and it will be dealt with.
Last updated October 2026. If this policy changes materially, the date changes with it.
